LOGAN Mexico works with Fibras and real estate funds in the valuation of their portfolios. In this case we valued or appraised a major industrial park in northern Mexico. The mark has multiple phases and has been developed as a class A industrial park that is focused on manufacturing. Currently, there is truly little inventory in Northern Mexico of manufacturing space – due to the increase in demand, and slow deliveries of new space during the pandemic.
