The Colombia office was founded in 2012 and has grown to be the largest institutional commercial valuation and appraisal firm in the country.
LOGAN Colombia is an accomplished group of appraisers, architects, and engineers who are organized into focus groups based on asset classes. By doing so, each focus group has deep market knowledge and experience in their particular asset class.
Bryan Dragoo, MAI, MRICS oversees the office, and is amongst the few appraisers in the country that are certified MAI appraisers, and also RICS appraisers.
Cristina Garcia is Managing Director of the Colombia office and manages its operations and is a candidate for admission at the Appraisal Institute. The Colombia office is also Regulated by RICS a designation of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK).
The principal market area of the Colombia office includes the entirety of the country – including cities such as Bogota, Medellin, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Cali, and Bucaramanga. Secondary markets include countries that border or are near Colombia and include Ecuador and Venezuela.
