LOGAN Central America is an accomplished group of appraisers, architects, and engineers who are organized into focus groups based on asset classes. By doing so, each focus group has deep market knowledge and experience in their particular asset class.

Robert L. Dragoo, MAI, MRICS oversees the office, and is amongst the few appraisers in the country that are certified MAI appraisers, and RICS appraisers. The Central America office is also Regulated by RICS a designation of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK).
