LOGAN would like to announce the 10-year anniversary of the company in operation. LOGAN was founded in 2012 in Bogota, Colombia by Robert and Bryan Dragoo. At that time, the real estate industry was evolving, and new real estate funds and vehicles were being created. The institutional framework of institutional real estate was growing quickly. The founders of LOGAN identified the need to provide real estate appraisal and consulting services to these new real estate funds – but with a high-level of confidentiality, with international credentials, and responsive customer service.
