Robert and Bryan Dragoo founded LOGAN Valuation to cater to institutional clients in Latin America that required a higher level of confidentiality and the appraisal certifications of MAI – MRICS. They saw a clear need to champion industry best practices that would help bring the region closer to more established and mature markets in the United States and Europe. Further, they identified the need for increased transparency that could be provided by real estate fund managers to their investors.

In ARGUS Enterprise, Robert and Bryan saw a tool that would help improve transparency between fund managers and investors in a region that has a rapidly evolving institutional real estate market. Additionally, it would help improve fund managers efficiencies and ultimately grow their business in Latin America.
