LOGAN would like to announce the publication and presentation of the Real Estate Investment Report Costa Rica 2022. The report is divided into two sections: transactional data and survey responses. The transactional section covers the assets under management of the real estate fund managers and transactions which have taken place during the past 3 years. LOGAN also performed a real estate survey and received responses from some of the most important real estate industry leaders including SAFIs or real estate fund managers.

These responses included perspectives on cap rates, discount rates, rental growth rates, location risk premiums, among other topics. The purpose of the report is to help with the understanding of real estate dynamics and also to provide transparency in the market. LOGAN Central America produced the report and is considered to be the regional leader in real estate appraisals for institutional clients.
